ServicePoint Southwest Louisiana is the HM/CMIS program of The Volunteer Center of Southwest Louisiana for the 5 parish region (Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jeff Davis) of Southwest Louisiana.

HM/CMIS (Homeless Management/Client Management Information System) is designed to allow providers within Southwest Louisiana to collect an array of data on clients including their use of services. By collecting an accurate, unduplicated count of clients and services, providers will be able to reduce reduplication of services and empowered to more efficiently serve the population of Southwest Louisiana in need of services.

ServicePoint Southwest Louisiana is available for providers within the 5 parish region of Southwest Louisiana. A provider can be any of the following:

• Homeless Shelters
• Non-Profit Organizations
• Civic Groups
• Government Agencies
• Faith-Based Organizations
